V-SPEED is a company that provides a set of Applications for Internet connection speed and quality measuring. We provide HTML5 apps for browsers, mobile apps for Android and iOS and also native apps for Windows. All the tools allow the user to check his connection no matter when and where he is and get the reliable results.
What is FIREPROBE?
FIREPROBE is a platform, where company or organization (e.g. Internet Service Provider, regulator) may register the FREE account using personal data of the representing person. FREE account have functionality described in the documentation.

We use the personal data only for contacting with user in case of FIREPROBE services (system updates, e-mail notifications about service status or login attempts). We do not share the personal data with any third parties.

What information is collected by our Applications?
The applications provide information about Internet connection: ping (network delays), download (how fast you can get data from the Internet), upload (how fastyou can send data to the Internet) and jitter (the ping variation). The applicationsmay also obtain your public IP address and data like device, network or system information for statistical and diagnosis purposes.

We use analytics cookies for statistical purposes and fraud detection in Applications. We use session cookies for provide user account service.
Do the Applications collect location of the device?
The Application may collect location details of your device. The location is used for best reference server selection for the measurement and to show measurement location on the map in historical results details.
Do we share collected information with third parties?
We may share collected information (test results, device and network details, location details) with third parties (internet service providers, regulators etc.) for statistical and network diagnosis purposes.

We protect all data using secure connection while obtaining information. We storethe data in safe datacenter and control access to the data carefully. The datacenter operator invests in the highest levels of security and adopt industry best practices to meet compliance and certification standards.
